Teen Writers’ Group
The Teen Writers’ Group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. Open to any teens or pre-teens interested in writing, participants meet to share works in progress. On the third Saturday of the month at noon, participants meet to write together and share what they have written. Teens interested in writing anything from poetry to science fiction belong to this group. So channel your inner vampire and come sink your fangs into writing! Teens who are part of the group can have their works posted to the library website.

Teen Advisory Council
Come help the library be a better place for you and your peers! If you are a teen interested in helping plan programs for teens or suggesting books for the teen collection, join the council. The council will start meeting after January 1st 2010. They meet on the second Saturday of the month at 11 am.
